You are not permitted to download, copy, sell, redistribute or exploit any content or photos on this website. All of my art is original and is copyright protected by law.
limitations of liability
I am selling two qualities of prints, giclee and standard. Giclee are of a high standard and cost more. And prints at the price of $25 will be just standard prints, so you are getting what you pay for.
Please handle any original art works or prints with care. It is better to hang all artwork out of direct sunlight, especially prints, which are digital technology. Or if you wish to hang them in the sun, I would recommend using UV protective glass.
Disclaimer
Sometimes I will use up-cycled materials for my original art works and up-cycled and new frames for all art. This makes them more authentic and I believe suits the art. And is good for the planet. An up-cycled material is a second time used material and wont be new.
I will send you the product that is in the pictures. If the colour representation is slightly different, this is due to slight discrepancies between photography and computer screens. Original artwork will always look best.
Payment and procedures
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and within New Zealand are inclusive of GST. If you want to change the currency, this can be done when you calculate at the shipping stage of your purchase. Price does not include shipping. An invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you supply when you place your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct. Delivery and availability
In these times of Covid 19 I will not be responsible for any delays. Expect an amount of time anyway for processing your order, maybe reprinting if sold out, packaging, dispatching.
All orders are subject to the availability of those products. If for any reason a product is not available, I will endeavour to reprint it and get it to you a.s.a.p. If an original has been sold I will do my best to update the websites notifications. If an original painting is extremely popular and has been sold, I can do orders of similar images. I love painting.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I have no control over duties, customs and taxes applied by the country your order is being shipped to.
Shipping details
Flexible shipping means you will pay close to the correct cost of your parcel, not a flat rate. I am using the price as the variable, but also the post office will use distance and dimensions as well as weight.
New Zealand Post has 3 options of rates, Standard, Courier, Courier/signature. I will be using COURIER unless you wish to contact me directly to arrange a different method.
All cards come with an envelope in cellophane bag = 36g. All prints come with a backing board in a cellophane bag = 160g. If you are buying more than 1 print and don’t want to pay the shipping for several boards you could choose my ECONOMY version of shipping. Which means I will put more than 1 print into the cellophane bag. For example 2 prints will be 180g instead of 266g and so on. Each print is slightly different, so this is just an example of how you could save money. Also we are saving the environment by using less. This option can only be done by emailing me to arrange this. And it wont always mean that you can get it cheaper, it depends on the weight etc and it will take time as I will have to go to the post office to see how much and then discuss it with you. But no harm in trying. I wont be sending items over 5000g as it will cost you too much in postage, unless you don’t mind.
Gift Certificate Terms
All gift certificates that are purchased through the website can be used to purchase any artwork or item for sale online at filipafairy.com. The gift certificate is non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
The gift certificate will be sent to the email address used for purchase.
Returns and refunds
I will accept cancellations within 24hours of your order. I wont accept returns or refunds if you have changed your mind, so choose carefully. But contact me if there are any problems. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act in New Zealand to provide a remedy.

I may not always have a product in stock, so this will take a little longer to get it to you.
